Our first project involved leading the research and evaluation for New York State's First 1000 Days on Medicaid initiative in partnership with the Rockefeller Institute of Government. Melodie K. Baker Ph.D., President & Founder
In 2019, I founded Q&A STATS LLC with two main goals: to empower communities of color by giving them agency and ownership in research, and to enrich the scientific landscape with diverse perspectives, cultures, and knowledge. I believe that the pursuit of truth requires a collective effort in problem-solving. Therefore, data collection and interpretation should be community-led, incorporating the wisdom and lived experiences of those most familiar with the issues at hand.
